The hotel has the right upon receipt of a reservation to pre-authorize the credit card. By making a reservation/booking you are fully aware of the hotel’s payment, booking and cancellation policies.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if valid credit card details are not provided.
In case of cancellation of your reservation, please contact us by phone.
If your reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to the arrival date no fee will be charged.
For any cancellation later than 21 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 30% of the total reservation cost.
For any cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
In case of non-arrival (no-show) you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
